Global Recruiter (contractual 1 year assignment) The Global Recruiter is responsible for delivering in the following areas: - Independently manage full-life cycle talent recruitment. Position recruitment strategy development, writing job descriptions in consultation with management, writing and placing job postings/advertisements, and negotiating offers. - Objectively coach hiring managers to acquire the required talent through complex, difficult, hiring periods including revising job descriptions/postings, recommending, and developing recruiting initiatives to improve recruiting programs/efforts. - Source passive candidates. - Be fully knowledgeable of compensation and benefits programs and learning and recognition programs to be able to inform potential candidates. - Regularly report recruitment process status and ensure key stakeholders including GMAC's HR department is updated. - Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned.
