As a Global Graduate at SKF you will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of industries, business functions and applications. Through the 18 months long Global Graduate Programme, you will get broad experience from various SKF areas and a great opportunity to found a solid international professional network. You will get to know the company through international and cross functional rotations and by working in real projects. Your rotations will be individually designed based on your interests and our business needs. To ensure maximum growth, you will have mentors assigned, supporting you throughout the whole programme.

Role description - Global strategic product line manager in seals

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

- Global product line strategy

- Analysis of market and competition

- Initiate NMOs; GtM together with BD and sales /product launch

- Global pricing strategy / product positioning

- Support manufacturing footprint

- PS review process

- Define make or buy strategy in alignment with Purchasing

- Assortment optimization

- Drive product cost reduction

- Initiate, drive and support investment proposals

Requirements :

- Master Degree/Bachelor Degree from Tier1/Tier 2 colleges or equivalent within engineering, business, international trade, entrepreneurship

- 0 to 2 years maximum (after Graduation / Post-Graduation)

- Demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set and experience

- International- and cross culture experiences

- Prior work experience is preferable

- English working proficiency

Key capabilities required for the position:

- Strong communication skills

- Product life cycle management

- Understanding of markets
