Position: Indirect Purchase/ Non Production Purchase/ Service procurement

Experience: 12+ years purchasing, sourcing procurement area

Education/ Qualification: Graduate/ BE/ B.Tech / MBA

Skills Required :

- Excellent English language communications skills (written & spoken) familiarity with European accent & work culture (European Union)

- Global Travel management buyer

- Manage CWT services Airlines, Hotel program/ booking, Usage around the world

- High Degree Stake holder management (HR Direct)

- Data Utilization& Analysis Hotel program & usages

- Travel Tracking, Security tracking

- Ground Transportation Contract Management

- Deep Knowledge about Airlines operations

- Excellent Negotiations skills with suppliers

- Ability to meet the time lines of deliveries with service department

- Added Advantage - knowledge of IT systems, SAP.

- Influencing skills, Cross functional collaboration, communication & collaboration

Working Experience:

Preferred working with European MNC

- Experience in Low value item procurement, Consumables & Miscellaneous Items procurement

- Familiarity with Purchasing & Supply chain, global purchasing terms and conditions

- Experience of dealing with requisitioner / user stake holders

- Key performance Indicators includes: Savings delivered, number of transitions, PO/ Purchase requisitions successfully processed.

- Releasing Letter of Intent, nomination, PO release

- Preferred experience on working in ERP environment

- Experience of working in virtual environment and Global Sourcing experience
