- Develop and refine the training and coaching strategy for Operational Excellence for the firm - including the design and development of new initiatives that will continue to cement/embed Operational Excellence behaviours
- Be responsible for the 2018 plan for training and coaching for the Operational Excellence programme
- Partner with stakeholders to understand feedback/areas of improvement to existing strategy and how to enhance it to more closely meet stakeholder needs
- Partner with content design consultants to develop new initiatives that support Operational Excellence sustainability agenda
- Assess effectiveness of initiatives to understand where changes in strategy need to be considered
- Manage actuals to budget of both internal and external resources
- Manage actuals to budget of registered delegates to attend training
- Partner with external consultants to ensure a high quality of training delivery and logistics across multiple regions/locations
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on progress to plan, plus escalation of risks and issues
- Oversee the administration function for the training (part time resource that will support this work)
- Participate in budget planning/modelling discussions
- Develop frameworks, methodologies and scorecards to support broad scale deployment and extension of Operational Excellence more widely into the business
Further additional responsibilities will require to:
- Work closely with the program manager to help manage the program as a whole
- Deputise for program manager in relevant forums as necessary
- Work with Programme Manager and Work stream sponsor to define strategy around metrics/analysis for ongoing training initiative i.e. post-accreditation follow-up, online learning modules analytics
