- Our client is defining the future of the e-commerce industry in India and have come a long way since its inception. They are on a growth trajectory and looking for a dynamic candidate who can drive the HR practice for their new business. They have already established their mark in India and are currently on a phase of extending their presence abroad.
Description :
Reporting into the Head C&B, your specific responsibilities will include:
- Setting up the entire Global Mobility function
- Managing compensation and benefits program for more than 5 countries across the globe where the organisation has its employees
- Reward planning, budgeting and salary structure designing for employee across various geographies and ensuring that it is in line with the country guideline and legal requirements
- Benchmarking salaries for all employees travelling on site. Leading this compensation benchmarking exercise starting from Job Mapping, deciding the peer group, data analysis, benchmarking and creating pay ranges (Across Levels)
Profile :
- You should come with a minimum of 6-8 years of overall experience across HR with at least 4+ years of relevant experience in C&B and Global Mobility
- You should also have strong executive presence and have worked with multiple stakeholders
