- To ensure timely processing the Payroll and HR operation related activities. Also to assist in annual compensation review cycle and Compensation Management execution.

- Designing/restructuring of employee related policies and processes and manage policy automation projects.

- Manage areas of benefits administration, global mobility and International Compensation.
