Job Description:

- Creates project plans and has ability to execute them. Co-ordinate with other teams within HR to identify and resolve problems.

- Facilitates and helps the team members to enable them to work on resolutions. Guides in escalation prioritization Suggests ways to improve the escalation management process and monitors / controls incidents within the team..

- Uses the tool and follows up with the team member to ensure that tools are effectively used. Educates others on usage of tools and methodologies

- Contributes to quality improvement initiatives. Ensures accuracy and timeliness of data generation.

- Contributes to effective communication. Assists team members in improving written and verbal communication. Has the ability to create presentations and documents Supports

- Maintains healthy rapport with customer and assists in building business cases. Facilitates generation of ideas from the customer for action to be taken

- Contributes to effective communication. Assists team members in improving written and verbal communication. Has the ability to create presentations and documents

- Builds consensus among team members. Understands and adapts own behavior to handle different team members.
