Global Mobility - Comp & Benefits - IT (2-4 yrs)

Position Summary:

The role requires administration of the global mobility relocation systems, policies, processes and supporting end to end employee movements across globe. Review of international assignment and business partner secondment processes for International geographies; working closely with International HR SPOC’s on setting up new countries and ensuring policies and guidelines relating to the movement of employees are in line with local statutory requirements.

Reporting Structure:

Position reports to Global Mobility Manager.

Skill / Experience:

- An experienced Global Mobility background (ideally from Compensation & Benefits experience).

- Knowledge of all aspects pertaining to international assignments, cost of living data/ index, tax and social security regulations.

- Calculate expatriate compensation and benefit package, assignment premiums and allowances, split payroll and shadow payroll compensation.

- Single point of contact for local business partners in International geographies regarding the arrangement and implementation of new country set-up process. Liaise with location HR Business Partners in end to end new country set-up processes.

- Liaise with stake owners for International assignments, including work permit, salary payment arrangements, reimbursements, etc.

- Monitor the services provided by third parties, like payroll, relocation, lease accommodation, tax consultants, etc.

- Maintain employee movement’s records and provide relocation reports as and when required. Provide support and services prior to and during assignments, as well as during repatriation. Tracking expatriate payroll, compensation, benefits and other assignment-related issues.

Qualification/ Qualities:

- 2-3 years of experience in International HR or Compensation & Benefits.

- Full time Master’s degree in Human Resources (HR) from a Tier 1 college.

- Passion for excellent customer service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the drafting of policies and procedures

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
