Position : Global Lead - Human Resource
Location : Mumbai
Manage Location - India and Dubai ( Traveling to dubai frequently )
Previous work experience : Worked with an FMCG company/set up especially in commodities
Years of experience : 20-25 years
Specifications : Full time master degree in HR from premium institute
Compensation : 30 - 40 Lacs.
Objective : Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee services.
Key Responsibilities :
Human resource Organization Structuring & Talent Acquisition :
- Develop and direct a process of organizational planning to evaluate and forecast manpower and organizational structure; work with all functional heads to design jobs.
- Planning for talent acquisition. Develop, lead and implement staffing solutions to recruit talent.
- Direct recruiting efforts in the sourcing and selection of qualified candidates to ensure that the Organization is optimally staffed at all times Initiating the recruitment process and guiding the team on sourcing.
- Implement the recruitment and selection process
- Assessment and Interviews. Activities and actions to assist the line Managers in Recruitment of personnel including initial screening.
- Meeting the required TAT and cycle time
- Joining formalities and planning for induction
- Driving the induction and employee orientation for new joinees
Personnel Management :
- Implementing personnel processes and policies
- Effective Management of employee life cycle
- Development of SOP's and other procedures to create a system based organization
- Preparing HR MIS on a periodic basis, HR reports.
- Organization structure and periodic up-dation
Payroll, Attendance, Compensation :
- To ensure accurate and trouble free payroll within timelines.
- Compensation fitment for employees as per the compensation structure, grades and bands
- Revision of compensation and re-structuring of compensation.
- Performance pay administration
- Statutory compliances of all working locations worldwide.
Employee Relations :
- Developing mechanism for cordial relations with employees and being a contact point for employee grievances
- Communication meets and forums
- Addressing employee queries
Performance Management :
- Performance evaluation on periodic basis
- KRA setting and KPI's performance reviews
- Developing KRA's for new joinees
- Maintaining Appraisal records and reward management
OD Initiatives :
- Communication forums including organizing Town Hall Meets and similar such programs.
- Reward & recognition programs design and execution, Employee of the Month etc
- Productivity programs, Quality circles
Employee Welfare and Engagement :
- Employee engagement programs and uplifting morale programs
- Reward and Recognition initiatives
- Developing special HR initiatives that will improve the Work environment
- Medical, Insurance and other such welfare and fun programs
Training :
- Training and Development and addressing the needs across levels including behavioral training
- Identification of Training needs and collating new records.
- Training programs and learning and development initiatives
Team Management :
- To overlook the complete running of the HR team across globe and to ensure support to the team as and when required
- Guidance and Training to the team
MIS :
- Ensure all reports required by the management and senior staff are provided on time with no errors
Human Resources Management Information Systems :
- Review and assess the HR module of the current ERP system
- Propose potential customization, if needed, on ERP HR module
- Follow up, guide and monitor the implementation of ERP HR module at group level
Budgeting :
- Overall budgeting & monitoring of salary & wages designing for all manufacturing / processing units and business offices PAN world
Legal Compliance :
- Ensuring legal compliance with labour and tax law as per federal government as well as the state and local government where the business operates
- Ensuring working hours, minimum wage, tax allowance and policies on discrimination etc. are as per compliance for the respective locations
Competencies :
- Corporate HR experience in recruitment, payroll process, comp and benefits and employee development
- Experience in handling multi location, global preferred
- Require frequent traveling to manufacturing units & business offices PAN world
- Understanding of compliance's
