Job Description :

- Support development and implementation of CI/MS&T strategy for Global Technical Operations

- Define and build CI/OE organization and capabilities

- Define CI training needs, initial and long term

- CI best practices implementation by means of effective standardization, based best practices (internal and external)

- Support manufacturing heads to develop capacity & utilization tools and processes that will help drive productivity and simplify our overall manufacturing process

- Act as one of the subject matter experts in Operational Excellence and working out solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiencies

- Provide solid analytical support for site Operations and Operational Excellence teams to improve daily operations.

- Support and develop a culture of Continuous Improvement by supporting cross-functional efforts in the application of Operational Excellence tools

- Develop, lead and support Operations performance management reporting processes and tools.

- Lead project status reviews with business leadership

- Define and deploy standardization initiatives and operational compliance standards.
