KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Gather HR requirements, Processes, Policies and translate them into Tech Products & Platforms (to be built in-house) - Be the first point of contact & Provide functional guidance & support to the development team on HR Solutions like Performance Management, Employee Onboarding & Exit, Employee Engagement (Survey, Rewards etc) - Responsible for implementation of new HR solutions via HR Platforms & Drive the Project to closure - Liaise with Development Team to plan in requirements gathering, testing of platforms & applications regularly, highlight bugs, ensure end to end HR processes are captured including market best practices - Perform Application Configuration, Key User Training & User Acceptance Test - Update Project Status to Senior Leaders on a weekly basis - Forecast additional Activities, Highlight Potential Risks and Recommend Risk Mitigation - Strong competencies and Experience in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, human resource information system (HRIS) implementation - Experience in supporting the design and development of technology products, preferably Performance & HRIS domains - Experience in creating product roadmaps for use in an agile development environment - Strong understanding of user needs to ensure the design of a user interface system that appeals to users and is easily navigable - Ability to translate functional concepts and processes into design webpages & platforms - Ability to understand 3rd Party systems & integrations - Flexible to changes in requirements during different phases in the Project implementation
