Requires an organized professional to manage the business side of a school, including skills that ensure thoroughness and accuracy as well as have the capacity to build systematic processes for a changing organization. - Leads the Operations function for the campus(es) in West Zone. - Designs and delivers annual Operations priorities and organizational strategies in line with the organization's business plans - To create a strategic plan along with Sales & Marketing team to facilitate admission / enrollments in line with the school development plan - Providing leadership support to the Sales/ Admissions team with all possible requirements to meet the target number. - Active role in the P&L management. - Oversees the development and implementation of Operations policies and practices globally - Provides direction and guidance to the Core Operations, Procurement and Commercial, Transport - Responsible for the operations in all the campuses - Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and manages complaints - Plans and forecasts the operational needs for the campuses for the upcoming Qualifications : - MBA with atleast 15 years of relevant experience . - Candidate from education sector will be preferred.
