Designation - Project Manager Location - India /Dubai Key Responsibilities - Managing, supervising and coordinating all Greenfield projects under execution efficiently. - Responsible for planning, interpreting & organizing the schedule of the project through its various stages from design to Occupancy hand over. - Responsible to prepare design brief for all Greenfield/ Brownfield projects as per the requirements. - Prepare the project specifications as per the site requirements. - Coordinate the design work, supervise the entire activity from design to construction, fit out and hand over to ensure quality and BTS (Built to Suit) specification are followed. - Coordinate the schedule of construction with Developers, investors, project managers appointed by developers / investors to ensure timely completion of projects. Experience & Qualification - Civil Engineer with atleast 4 years of relevant experience . Candidate with experience in Project Management company will be preferred. Willingness to Travel.
