We welcome you to join us in our efforts towards nurturing global citizens Job purpose- The main purpose of the role is to integrate all business functions post Mergers & Acquisitions of different schools. The role holder should be an expert in Project Management, has a strong understanding and experience of International School Operations along with Acquisitions & Integrations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Supports the implementation of the organization's merger and acquisition strategy - Be the first point of contact for all functions to streamline the processes, policies and digital platforms of the newly acquired schools. - Liaison between the Admissions, Academics, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT teams to ensure parent group company important features, policies, practices are inculcated in the newly acquired schools. - Being a key driver in communication and have an understanding of all business operations pertaining to International Schools while ensuring data integrity and migration. - Responsible for project managing all new business acquisitions with different Organization Heads to Integrate seamlessly with newly acquired schools. - Support and work with merger & acquisition functional leaders and associates and their teams and to ensure processes are streamlined. - Integrate change management activities into project plan, To work with multiple stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: - 10 -12 years of total experience with 5 yrs experience in running School Operations. - Strong knowledge of all operational activities that take place in an International School (P&L Management, Admissions, Overlooked other functions like Marketing, HR, IT etc) - Project Management Experience is essential
