- Provide strategic leadership to drive the planning, development, implementation and adoption of HR processes and services, change management of related HR processes and tools and lead the direction of the International HR services. - Experience managing a client-service oriented function with experience in management of large corporate initiatives/projects, strategic thinking, relationship management, financial budgets and processes - Direct process management experience including best practices, driving innovation, continuous improvement, technologies, processes, procedures and tools. - Experience in leading, developing and coaching large, diverse teams located across the globe. - Experience of working cross culturally and in an international environment - Supporting set up of a greenfield regional delivery centre to support global services starting with Learning, Data management,organisation &amp; employee, reporting and analytics. - Partner with the Top Management to innovate through process improvement, automation, and systems enhancements for scalable HR processes.
