With the growth in their business globally, they are looking to hire a Head HR to manage the entire people charter for the employee base.

Description :

- You will be responsible to drive end-to-end People Agenda Globally for 300+ employees.

- You will work very closely with the senior stakeholders and business heads to drive organisation culture and foster growth

- You will be instrumental in driving change management, talent and leadership interventions.

Profile :

- We are looking for a seasoned HR leader to be part of growth journey of the organisation

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills

- Strong track record of success managing senior stakeholders in an multinational environment

- Prior experience working on change management, M&As, culture integration
