Global HR Head - Management Consulting Firm (12-15 yrs)
- Monitor the end-to-end life cycle of the employees and introduce HR best practices
- Liaison with other functional/departmental head to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development. Ensure that they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose, and achievements
- Designing a performance oriented culture by designing the performance management system
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives like Talent Management, performance management, reward & recognition, employee policies, training & development initiatives at the organization
- To develop a high-performance service culture within the functional department and focus on culture building
- To tweak the HR activities and customize them basis the need of the organization
- Drive employee engagement and track the performance to switch up the productivity
As a successful candidate:
- You come with 12-15 years in HR and should have exposure to working in a consulting company
- Should have managed multilocational teams
- Talent management and Employee Engagement experience is a must have
