Global Head-Technology Training (Leading MNC IT Company)
Role:
- Drive Organization's Global Technology Talent Learning agenda to ensure upskilling and development of employees leading to higher productivity & customer experience
- To Head Technology Training for the Company Globally
- Will be responsible to partner with Business Units Globally to fulfill their Technology training requirements
- Define the Technology Learning strategy basis the organisation's growth plans and goals
- Align learning strategies with business needs and make effective and best use of technology and people to enable the speed, scale and spread of technology learning programs
- To work on the rollout of a global platform for Technology staff Globally
- Work on Global Technology Training Vendors to create effective solutions
- Work closely with and create deep relationships with Global leadership level stakeholders and cross-functional global team members
- Build and lead a high-performance team
Requirements:
- 18-24 yrs of experience in L&D with strong exposure to both design and delivery and with specific experience in Leading Global Technology Training
- Strong skills and experience in managing leadership level global stakeholders
- Conceptual understanding of learning and development strategies
- Experience in working with global Technology Training/ Skilling platforms
- You should have handled large employee base in your career
- Should have worked in a globally IT company, preferably an MNC IT Company or a Technology Captive
Location: Pune/ Delhi NCR/ Chennai
