1. Play key role on global talent acquisition strategies.
2. Lead the Global Recruitment team, ensure the right competencies are available for the region; balance internal and external task force as well as educate HR and the business on the global recruitment process and methodologies, especially regarding sourcing.

9. Create region recruitment strategy based on the input of and in close cooperation with Business Leaders in the Region while still maintaining and heeding the overall global recruitment direction
10. Drive the recruitment integration and the transformation to the new recruitment model as a key change agent
11. Drive the implementation of global roll-outs in own region, including but not limited to Active sourcing, pipeline development
