Global Head - Talent Acquisition - Enterprise Tech (10-15 yrs)

A fast growing Enterprise tech company headquarter in Bangalore and San Francisco is searching for Global Head - Talent Acquisition to own and execute their talent acquisition strategy.

The role incumbent will be required to ensure short time to fill all recruitment requirements with cost and quality enabled decisions taken across all levels of hiring. He/She would own the TA strategy, performance against metrics and innovative hiring plans to the key stakeholders and executive leaders. Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless pre-joining, onboarding and post joining experience to support retention.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement the overall strategic direction for scaled hiring processes and procedures, that cater to multi-country talent requirements

- Manage the Talent Acquisition budgeting process, presentations to the executive leadership teams, mentor and coach the talent acquisition teams, develop hiring manager capabilities to hire

- Lead the quarterly workforce planning exercise, cater to varied business nuances and hiring needs, plan against forecast and open positions and run the hiring engine efficiently.

- Develop and deploy a compelling employment brand to facilitate talent attraction in the countries we operate in.

- Own the global candidate generation responsibility by developing and deploying strategic talent attraction initiatives

- Manage key external resources and partnerships to meet talent needs and ensure high quality service delivery to hiring managers

- Ensure standardisation in recruiting processes across the organization, to facilitate a high-quality experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

- Continuously improve time to fill, cost of hire, candidate and hiring manager satisfaction, quality of hire, talent pools and optimise channels of recruitment

- Partner with business leaders to bring about innovative hiring practices, that cater to optimisation and higher customer and employee satisfaction.

- Foster innovation through research and exploration of technology solutions; new age or out of the box solutions, bring forward proposals to improve/extend capability.

Experience:

- Global experience strongly preferred (preferably hiring in US market)

- Experience SaaS or Tech product companies will be preferred.

- Track record of designing, implementing and leveraging talent acquisition strategies and best practices to help drive measurable business results.

- Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment and deliver against demanding stakeholder requirements.

- Must possess the ability to build relationships at all levels and have close collaboration with other internal and external business partners.

- Demonstrated ability to transcend between strategic thinking and operational excellence with a focus on quality and execution.

- Must demonstrate advanced technology skills, able to work comfortably in a variety of HR Tech applications. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, office 365 as well as e-collaborative platforms. Working knowledge of ATS platforms is mandatory

- Have a head for numbers and be able to talk metrics

- Track record of effectively coaching, developing, and mentoring high performing metrics driven teams.

- Master of various interviewing techniques, knowledge of employment policies, benefits and procedures in a global market

- Track record of effectively coaching, developing, and mentoring high performing metrics driven teams.

Qualifications:

- MBA HR or equivalent with 10+ work experience of which at least 8 years in a talent acquisition role and 5 years in a TA managerial role.
