Head - Business Development - IT

We are seeking a Head Business Development for one of our clients to lead sales operations in US. They have a product development and Engineering Center based in Pune.

1. This role manages a team of Business Development Managers for the various Businesses.

 2. Managing Top line and bottom line growth would be one of the major KRA's.

3. The person would also be responsible for managing the closure of multi million deals. 4.Identifying areas of Growth. Managing the complete profit and loss for the company.

- New Client Acquisition, Sales, Hunting and Client Management along with strong experience in B2B sales. Enterprise Sales.

- Ensuring the medium and long term revenue growth is met.

- Existing Contacts and Networks in the Industry.

- North America geography exposure is a must.
