Our client is an international banking institution developing its Accounts Payable and Procurement Operations team here in India. This is a global role, with oversight of US$3bn+ expenditure, managing a geographically dispersed team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual with a strong track record in this function.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying areas for process and control improvements
- Utilizing your RPA and automation experience in improving the performance of the division
- Developing the AP and Procurement Ops global strategic plan
- Work with the business to develop solutions in support of their objectives
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in P2P, financial services experience not essential
- A demonstrable track record of making improvements via RPA and artificial intelligence tools
- Strong leadership skills and demonstratable history of developing team members
- Excellent change management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
