Your responsibility will include :
- Act as the primary contact and owner of Payroll strategic global services
- Partner with the Payroll Business Process Owner (BPO), global Payroll partner and global HR outsourcing partner on the development, implementation, extension and deployment of global Payroll HR services
- Establish and build strong strategic partnerships with key HR Services partners
- Continually monitor the global services working closely with country HR Service Managers through the management framework
- Implement, based on global standards, an effective service performance management process for service quality, taking into consideration client expectations and perceptions. Ensure strong feedback channels with global service managers and vendors at global level
- Ensure services provided are compliant with internal compliance requirements
- Propose and obtain sign off to the development & deployment of new services, processes, policies and functions
