Responsible to maximize asset utilization through effective production planning and fulfilling manufacturing plans 3. Drive Process Excellence in End to End Operations & Ensure that Operational / Maintenance/Capex costs budgets are met/exceeded. 4. Nurture a strong technical team to ensure daily operation's targets are met, proactively problem solve on day to day issues, Identify and train strong Bench Strength for critical roles & Ensure an inclusive culture with workmen. 5. Ensure highest safety standards across the units. Drive and deliver Best in Class plant upkeep to minimize downtime of the plant, best usage of tankage capacity and Capacity Utilization 6. Ensure all projects are delivered as per Network. 7. Continuous improvement processes & operations - Drive CI culture in plants
