Manager - Business Development
Job Description : You will be responsible for getting business from the identified market segment in India, and globally, for a BPO providing innovative business solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Markets potential assessments
- Target segment identification, defining & implementing approach strategy for lead generation
- Branding strategy and brand awareness activities
- Developing prospects as per defined norms
- Closure of the prospects to ensure achievement of market penetration strategy as well as a revenue target
- Client Relationship Management and upselling/cross-selling strategy design and implementation
- Market research & analytics
- Business Services Sales & Marketing
- Experience in need assessment, solution articulation, designing proposal & presenting to prospective clients
- RFPs management as per requirement
- Account management, negotiation, and deal closing
- Excellent written & spoken skills in English, Hindi, and at least one more language
- Excellent understanding of numbers and data management & ability to read balance sheet & financials trends of companies.
- Experience in selling in Indian & International markets especially North America
- Master's Degree in any field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales & marketing of IT-based Business Solutions & BPO Services
- 5 references for clients whose deals were closed in the last 2 years.
Passport: Essential, preferably having US visa.
Compensation : Fixed Base + Sales Bonus + Equity.
