Global Head - IT Infrastructure

Head Of IT Infrastructure:

- End-user infrastructure handling

- Enterprise Infrastructure - Server

- Networks across offices

Experience/skills required :

- Masters level degree or equivalent

- Significant experience of working within a large scale and complex infrastructure

- Strong interpersonal skills & able to develop and maintain effective and credible relationships with business leaders and supplier management

- Knowledge of Service and Infrastructure Management standards

- Excellent working knowledge and experience of implementing standards and controls

- Knowledge of IT concepts and systems

- Knowledge of contracting trends, licensing models, and traditional and emerging contract and vendor performance models

- Deep market knowledge of IT Technologies

- Experience of working in an IT service provider

- Strong project and process management skills, with the ability to handle multiple vendors and multiple contracts, as well as a wide range of tasks

- Knowledge of best practices for IT contract negotiation tactics and strategies

- Where applicable, understanding of government and industry regulations that will influence contracting approach and vendor behavior
