Global Head - International Compensation , Bangalore Global Head - Overseas Compensation (scope is non-India) Location - Bangalore CTC - up to 70 LPA fixed - Manage compensation design and policy for countries other than India (50+ countries) (does not include Sales comp). - Create and monitor salary ranges, allowance structures for deputees. - Drive gender pay parity across geos, especially regulatory requirements. - Solutionise for attrition mitigation and create reward plans to address business needs. - Lead special projects on Skill-based pay, Annual budget exercise, in rotation with other peers. - Manage M&A, re-badging. - Own employment contracts, and monitor employee contract revisions. - Manage stakeholders like CFO, CEO, Legal, DPO, Business partner HR. - Reports to Global head - Total Rewards. - Manages team of 10-12 comp professionals. Competencies: - Knowledge of global comp structures & in general comp frameworks and practices. - Superior facility with numbers and analysis (has to be a Excel wiz) and has love of the subject. - Articulation and presentation skills (as a lot of interactions with C level seniors). - Calm under pressure as this is a high pressure environment because of high cost consciousness. - Stakeholder management - both internal BPHR and external survey agencies etc.
