Global Head - Human Resource - Retail (8-12 yrs)

An excellent opportunity to work as a Global Head HR for a leading Indian Luxury Retail organization with growing international presence

Our Client is a leading Indian luxury retail firm with massive presence across India and US and is looking to enter other global markets as well in line with their strong expansion plans. Owing to their exponential growth in India and abroad, they are looking to hire a Global Head HR to help set up, strategize and administer the HR framework in India. The position is based in Delhi/NCR

Reporting to the VP Operations, with a team of 2 direct reports you will be responsible for :

- Designing and executing end to end HR framework as a Business partner for 100 employees (Pan India + the US) while laying out policies and processes for recruitment and training needs, performance management (rolling out KPI), Talent Management, C&B etc.

- Increase business span through appropriate HR policies around hiring and ensuring adherence to all policies

- Be an advisory for the business and key stakeholders to drive and execute HR policies both in India

- Understand the business needs and ensure an effective governance framework and regulatory compliance in India and global geographies

- Work closely with external or internal partners on compensation and talent mapping across the industry in line with the business growth targets

- Work closely with the Sales team, logistics, finance, Marketing, IT, Legal and other functions to design and communicate new HR policies from time to time through presentations, focus groups etc.

- Work closely with the other HR colleagues to share the best practices and drive HR programs in partnership with business leaders

- Understand and create a value of HR within the organization and help accelerate expansion plans

As a successful applicant :

- You should have at least 8 years of experience as a HR Business Partner in designing, executing HR policies

- Role is based in Delhi NCR

- Robust experience in handling all domains in HR (in depth) experience along with breadth of experience

- Candidates will be considered only from Retail/ Fashion/ Hospitality/ Automobile/FMCG /FMCD industry

- Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, consultative approach and a charismatic personality is a must have

- Robust at stakeholder management across levels and departments and good at handling different cultures and mindset

- MBA (HR) full time is mandatory

- Should be strong at governance and execution of HR policies and processes

- Should be hands-on in handling HR with complete ownership in a lean HR team
