Global Head - Business Finance - Engineering Services - CA (15-20 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- The individual will have a strong familiarity to the Finance, Pricing, Commercial models, contracts, profitability, cash flows, MIS, FP&A, Budgeting, forecast, Technology savvy
- Prior experience in Business Finance and FP&A in an organization of repute is a key criterion. We are looking for someone who brings maturity, scalability and sustainability within a rapidly growing organization.
- Head Financial Planning & Analysis function, which provides business analytics to CXOs, Sales, Delivery, Enablers to help them drive profitable business
- Annual budgeting & Planning
- Board meeting and Extended Management Meeting presentations
- Engaging with Delivery, Sales, HR and other CFO department functions on regular basis to enhance service delivery to business
- Commercial models and handled structuring of large deals
- Pricing for existing and New customers
- Revenue and profit forecast
- Contract management and support
- Partner with Investor relations and operations control teams
- Building talent pipeline to scale up the department
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- Strong track record of FP&A, P&L responsibility and scaling the department
POSITION Overview :
- Knowledge of Engineering Services industry is preferred.
- Strong business and financial acumen. Robust analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills with the ability to deliver on detail as well as strategy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, at ease with both business and technical topics. Comfortable presenting to executives.

- People Management skills
- CA with 15+ years of experience
