- Leverage on-platform and off-platform communication channels like push notifications, SMS, email, audio and display ads, paid programmatic to drive user acquisition and retention - Understand the consumer life cycle and build omni channel drip campaigns (audio ads, CRM, paid) to improve engagement and retention - Understand and leverage the ecosystem to identify multiple touch points for acquiring paying subscribers - Define user clusters and lookalikes based on behavior, demographics, etc and target them with effective messaging (relevant, timely) to drive conversions from free to paid - Run A/B experiments with clear success/failure metrics to improve funnel effectiveness; take learning from experiments and work with product to build product features that improve customer journey across the funnel - Manage day to day campaigns across channels and optimize performance to maximize return on ad spend - Manage growth marketing for India, SAARC, US, UK, CA, UAE - Drive digital marketing efficiencies and reach through continuous communication testing (a/b), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning with Google/FB/others as partners.
