Role description - To create a successful business model for Recond oil in India

Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive business growth for recond oil by defining market potential, identifying new business opportunities, acquire new customers and increase business potential with existing customers.

- Understand customer's industrial processes, requirements gathering and define value proposition for the customer.

- Influence customer buying decision by engaging at the leadership level.

Requirements

- Master's Degree - MBA from Tier1/ Tier 2 colleges (with total experience of maximum3 years -preferably after PG / MBA)

- Demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set and/or experience

- International- and cross culture experiences

- Prior work experience is preferable.
