WHAT WE EXPECT:

- 2-5 years of experience in a high-volume logistics/supply chain firm with graduation from a Tier 1 institute

- Proven proficiency in strategically developing logical frameworks for cost and time optimized strong and sustainable supply chain management

- Efficiency in effective management of movement of material within India and globally

- Fluent in multiple system applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, G-suite products, etc.)

- Strong cross-functional collaboration and team player with ability to navigate through ambiguous situations and keen understanding of when escalation is necessary

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills Extremely detail-oriented, analytical & creative problem-solver with ability to propose innovative solutions to challenges at hand

WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT:

- Manage end-to-end logistics operations from planning stage to ensuring adequate transportation capacities in line with business requirements

- Assist in adequate warehousing capacities and capabilities to receive, store, pick, pack and ship as per requirements

- Establish connect with warehouse, transport and logistics service providers for material movement across various modes including negotiating contracts and SLAs with them

- Manage the Logistics supply chain/Distribution Centre/Warehouses network seamlessly

- Actively track fulfilment metrics and drive initiatives for process improvement and operations excellence

- Work closely with the Category and Tech team to fulfil vendor delivery requirements
