Global Finance Trainer - IFRS

MISSION

The Finance Trainer will have the responsibility to design a Global Finance Training Strategy. Will extensively work with finance/Business/HR team spread across world.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Design a Global Finance Training Strategy

- Design training modules on various Finance topics (CFAM chapters, Business Cases, IFRS, ICS, Cashflow, Finance For Business etc.)

- Delivering trainings with the most appropriate channels (Online webinars, Offline seminars, Newsletters/"refreshers" communication)

- Design induction packages for Finance New-Comers ( finance managers/controllers/CFO), induction packages for finance team of newly acquired entities

- "Sharing of best practices" approach

- Liaising with Corporate Learning & Development / L&D Manager to ensure consistency in process/tools used

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Qualified Chartered accountant with 15 to 20 years of experience post qualification

- Financial controller mindset

- IFRS knowledge is a must

- Experience as a user of one ERP or Accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV/SAP
