The leader of the Events team is a critical leadership role in the company. Candidate for Events Manager must be ready to: - Take charge professionally with the ability to manage a team responsible for administration, logistics, sales and marketing in a global events environment - Anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision - Be hands-on, with a love for special event management, provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic professional, and build relationships with internal and external vendors, partners and stakeholders - Demonstrate a deep understanding of event management requirements, with previous direct experience managing multi-day events with several hundred attendees Some key responsibilities : - Coordinating and managing vendors and internal team for the execution of the high-quality workshops, mixers, webinars, podcasts, design awards &amp; summits. - Experience in handling and managing large crowds for Summit &amp; Awards. - Manage all content published on social media - images, video, Infographics, Quote, Articles, News updates, Blogs. Qualifications -&nbsp; - 3 - 10 years of direct experience in managing events. - Excellent written and communication skills - Must have expertise in managing conferences for professional attendees, vendor user conference, or consumer tradeshows; also must have small conferences/seminars expertise - Should be well versed in all event terminology and best practices. - Owned events that involved attendee ticket sales and sponsorship sales - References directly applying to events management will be required.
