Global Equities Analyst

About the Job:

We are looking for a Global Equities Analyst to conduct fundamental research on high-quality stocks listed on the US and European stock exchanges.

The ideal candidate should have strong equity analysis experience in sell-side or buy-side firms, with a deep understanding of industry drivers and financial statement analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct fundamental research on US and European stocks.

- Perform primary and secondary research, including financial statement analysis.

- Analyze historical business evolution, industry growth drivers, and competitive advantages.

- Assess capital allocation decisions of businesses.

- Travel 1-3 times a year to the US, Europe, and Asia for primary data checks.

- Optimize team resource allocation, including work planning, delegation, hiring, training, and retention of junior analysts.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of experience as a financial analyst at a front-end sell-side or buy-side firm.

- Expertise in equity research, financial analysis, and investment strategies.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an analytical mindset.

- High curiosity, drive, and proactive approach to research.

- Ability to optimize team performance through strategic delegation and training
