Purpose:

- Engineering is a critical activity of PEB both at Pre order and Post order stages

- Lead a large team of Structural Designers and Detailers in supporting the Sales to get orders and Operations to produce and ship.

- Safety and Structural integrity of PEB and Structural Steel projects, guaranteed by Design, complying to the applicable Indian & International Codes & Standards.

- M.Tech (Structural Engineering) with 20-25 years of experience in Engineering Should have minimum 5 years of Experience at senior level from steel / fabrication / PEB/ Infrastructure industry/reputed Consultant or Contracting Companies.

- Should have hands-on experience in SAP/ERP Environment

- Should have a proven track record of developing the new products

KRA

- Accountable for all the deliverables of Engineering function to support the businesses spread across in MEA, India and SEA to achieve their targets.

- Ensuring safe and most optimized design conforming to Customer/Code Specifications.

- Collaborates with cross functional teams like Sales, PMG, CMG and Operations to determine their requirements and ensure the timely support in achieving the set targets and serving the customer better.

- Developing the tools, new products and the standards for improving the processes.

- Introducing the global best practices in Engineering Systems and Procedures for delivery best quality solutions to Customers.

- Building the technical capabilities resulting in enhanced productivity and develop the best performing teams, to meet the key deliverables.

- Responsible for all the compliances both internal and external.
