We are seeking an analytical, strategic and experienced professional to join our team to lead and execute our B2B marketing strategy for our Collections business in the US. This individual must love to work in an intense and exciting environment, thrive on challenging goals and be a great team player. The role will report to GM - Marketing for BFSI and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics that result in exceptional outcomes for the business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop a comprehensive marketing framework to support brand awareness, customer acquisition, employer branding and influencer marketing - Lead marketing campaigns and strategies, owning the funnel from impression through conversion - Work closely with marketing operations and corporate communications teams to efficiently execute day-to-day objectives in line with high-level business goals - Responsible for lead generation through events, online campaigns and influencer marketing - Manage analyst relations to ensure greater visibility and recognition for the organization in analyst studies and reports resulting in high value leads - Work effectively with the team to create a strong content marketing strategy and thought leadership plan - Engage with PR agency effectively to promote employer branding and visibility amongst prospect customers and employees - Constantly track marketing KPI's and create new opportunities for generating leads COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES): - Demonstrated ability to deliver B2B marketing programs with proven results in the BFSI industry - Experience in Global marketing and US BFS industry - Strategic thinker who can analyze markets and opportunities - Superior written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently & collaboratively - Superior business and financial acumen - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, low supervision environment - A passion for disrupting markets EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE : - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or related field - 10 to 12 years of experience in B2B marketing in BPO or IT services space - 6 years marketing experience in BFSI industry
