Global Delivery Lead - Diversity Candidates Only
The Role:
This leader will be responsible for:
- Lead deliveries for set of accounts accountable for delivery assurance, growth, customer engagement, profitability and people leadership
- Develop relationships in the market with the analysts and other intermediaries
- Support leadership as they liaise with client management ensuring all work streams are aligned with client organizational objectives, remaining on time and on budget.
- Work with client executives to further penetrate major accounts and develop new business based on credible relationships with top client/prospect executives.
- Contribute broad expertise in strategic and tactical planning, operations, and delivery.
Key Skills and Competency:
- The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader in one or combination of technologies and industry sectors described in the job description above along with the following skills:
- Broad industry knowledge of various markets, competitors, future trends, and service offerings
- Relevant technology, architecture, consulting or industry experience.
- Deep experience in sales solutioning, deal structures and contracting
- Experience in planning and executing large engagements on time/ budget
- Extensive contacts with executives in companies and be adept at marketing and selling services at the executive level in client organizations.
- Ability to think strategically; Strong perspective on where industry/technology is headed.
- A proven record in directly generating and sustaining high impact client relationships, yielding a meaningful level of revenue/margin contribution.
