Role Summary - Minimum 15+ years of overall work experience - Should have experience of managing P &amp; L and delivery of large accounts. - Experience on managing large teams and integrating teams across locations if necessary. - Strong exposure to International projects and customers. Strong exposure to onsite offshore models. Experience of managing 750+ person team. - Good at transformation and working with multi vendor kind of accounts and large engagements. - Exposure to Agile Methodology - Exposure to measure Delivery Units and Driving towards organization goals in managing client engagements. - Develop overall strategy, models, tools and action plans for new and current service offerings and ability to manage complex conflicts and resolutions. - Preparation of long term and short-term strategies for the practice addressing issues such as delivery excellence, reuse, high risk programs, quality standards etc - Oversee multiple project delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction for given large customer engagements. - Technically sophisticated and business savvy management professional with proven program and project management skills, proficient in managing widely diverse projects within agreed cost and time lines - Ability to mitigate risk and solve problems by using out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem solving abilities - Leadership at strategic planning &amp; estimation, team building, delivery process, pre-sales, Technical and business consulting - Awareness of CMMI and other industry processes for adaptation and adherence - Experience in every aspect of running a business segment including Customer relationship, Engineering management, Managing budgets, Resource management, leadership identification and grooming - Experience in matrix organization (to be able to adopt and operate in) Duties DELIVERY MANAGEMENT LEVEL: - Drives top line P&amp;L responsibilities for delivery for Hyderabad/Chennai. - Would drive large deals for a particular location with a team size commensurate with the deal size. - Recommending, developing, and evaluating policies, procedures, and standards needed to provide flexible and cost-effective services. - Strong Business Acumen &amp; ability to take quick decisions. - Build and maintain complex relationships. - Drives goodwill with the client to generate repeat business. - Exposure to building large business operations and pre sales activities.
