Global Delivery Centre Head - Mortgage Ops (15-20 yrs)
Title : Global delivery centre head - Mortgage Operations
Location : Pune
Years of Experience - 15 to 20 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of delivery, center management and operations; all functions, including process training, quality etc, roll-up to him/her.
- Responsible for P/L of USD 150 Million
- Responsible for managing a 2000+ head count and growing the operations to double the size.
- Underwriting Support, Collections & Credit Control.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience and background: around 15-18 years of strong Process Outsourcing background, with experience in leading a mid to large size Mortgage operations / Mortgage KPO.
- Experience in the mortgage business” means paid experience in the origination, processing or underwriting of mortgage loans, the marketing of such loans in the secondary market or in the supervision of such activities etc.
- KPO experience preferred.
