Job Description:
- Responsible for Compliance program SW HD License Management capability managing each of the related activities. Collaborate the internal and external resources in the end-to-end activities, working with the compliance pillar lead the target achievement of the group.
- Contribute for the design and implementation of a strong Governance model for the Service Model in IBS - Routine meetings - Standard Decks - Value Added metrics and oversee the IBS - SLA's and reporting function.
- Partnership with business customer areas by following clear escalation procedure for potential issues and creating the right visibility. Manage key stakeholders expectations trough a well defined fact based process. Track the implementation results and assure IBS compliance.
- Partner with the processes leads (IT or Business) to deliver standard reports and metrics within the clients of the center. Ensure consistency and visibility.
- Design and implement a Best in Class Operation procedure on the IBS Operational Excellence.
- Partner with the different Zones IBS teams to leverage best practices in order to enhance the governance and Model.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience required in the role -
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, and 5 years of operational experience participating a range medium and large project initiatives. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Business and or Project Management certification
- Experience in collaborating with a wide range of individuals, including global teams, support personnel, contractors/consultants, external vendors and internal company management. In addition the individual should be proficient in team / staff management and show a demonstrated ability to be an effective people manager / leader as well as an effective Project Manager.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal. Proficient in developing, organizing / arranging project information, and presenting to a range of audiences using a variety of mediums. Must have experience presenting and making recommendations to senior management.
- Understanding and demonstrated ability to manage scope, cost and budget.
- Computer proficiency required. Experience with MS Office Suite including advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
