Global Chief Financial Officer - BPO/ITeS - CA (21-25 yrs)

Looking for a Large BPO/ITES company a large Africa based company with a strong presence in the Middle East, Africa & India, looking for Global CFO based in Dubai.

Company deals in Telecom Service Providers, Banking and Financial Services, E-Commerce, Travel & Leisure, Food App, Car portal, Government, Retail, Education, Real-Estate sectors.

Job Summary:

As a member of the senior leadership team, the CFO will be an advisor to the Top management & divisional heads for evaluating and assisting them with the road map of growth and direction for all the businesses.

MAIN KRA:

Strategic Finance & Company Growth & Profitability

- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans

Fund Raising/IPO :

- Responsible for IPO - Pre-listing & Post Listing compliances

Compliance :

- Develop and ensure adequate internal controls are maintained to safeguard company assets and provide accurate financial records including continued compliance with a legal requirement.

MIS/Governance :

- Provide accurate and reliable financial information for the business to make sound business decisions (e.g. product line profitability, customer profitability, capital, and investment decisions).

DESIRED PROFILE :

- A qualified CA with 23-25 years of experience as a CFO with Global experience. High standard of business ethics. Self-motivated; high bias for action

- Preferably worked in Entrepreneurial organizations and culture.

- Africa Experience is Must.
