Global Alliance Head - IT (15-25 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Creates unique and compelling value propositions so GSI/MSSP decision-makers clearly grasp the short and long-term business and financial value.
- Develop, Own & execute business plans specific to global SI assigned.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within GSI/MSSP org, to execute the business plan
- Track/create pipeline, and close deals by partnering with the GSI partners
- Enable partner stake holders by educating on value proposition
- Relationship management and stakeholder's management across the board
- Act as the ambassador for assigned Global SI Partner.
- Focus on long term strategy while handling tactical business activities
- Work closely with GSI/MSSP Partner COE teams, GSI/MSSP Practice teams to drive joint solutions.
- Achieve revenue goals and pipeline goals for future
Required
- An extraordinary astute business development professional and with exceptional business insights and outstanding judgment; executive presentation skills/boardroom presence
- 15+ years' managing GSI/MSSP partnerships, experience selling Cloud & data center solutions
- Executive understanding of IT industry, history/trends, key players, leading products, systems integration, Cloud, data center and operational best practices
- Track record building trusted advisor relationships with VP and C-level at GSI/MSSP partner organizations
- Large account management sales experience.
- Effectively forecasts and manages sales opportunities through the sales
- Ability to lead development of joint value proposition along with GTM strategy for partners
- Proven ability to generate revenue through alliance partnerships
- Highest level of personal and professional ethics and integrity.
- Hands-on, and "does what it takes" attitude to drive success
- Strong business acumen and negotiation abilities.
- Experience leading multiple project teams with dedicated and virtual shared resources
