Global Admission Head - EduTech

The Head of Global Admissions will lead organisation's Global Admissions function, overseeing strategy, operational and people leadership through coordination with the COO. Working with the Technology, QCV and Sales teams, you will help create, articulate and execute a seamless global admissions process to enable extraordinary application service to our customers.

Job Description:

- Develop and deliver a global admissions strategy to build a world class student admissions service.

- Develop ambitious KPIs for the team around application processes, quality, customer satisfaction and business growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in technology, Visa, operations, and partnerships to define and execute application processes

- Champion and implement continuous process improvements to enhance the application process

- Maintain strong links and relationships with key stakeholders to be aware of industry trends and challenges

- Provide timely turnarounds on reporting and customer requests

- Engage key stakeholders to drive alignment on the admission process requirements and prioritise execution of services that will enable value creation for both recruiters and institutions

- Develop and maintain admission processes, governance, and documentation to ensure quality data collection, accuracy and legitimacy

- Build high-performance, responsive team of admission specialists that can accurately process applications at scale

- Act as subject matter expert and provide continuous coaching, mentorship, support, and engagement to the team.
