Our client is leading name in IT service consulting THIS IS GLOBAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT PROFILE - NOT SALES PROFILE - WE EXPECT PROFILES FROM IT BACKGROUND MANAGING MULTIPLE PROJECT/PLATFORM/STRONG TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED FROM BFSI DOMAIN ONLY/ INSURANCE 1) Lead multiple IT projects for multiple clients and be completely accountable in all aspects of quality delivery 2) Devising plans for meeting account growth targets for revenue and profitability 3) Provide leadership to the project delivery teams. 4) Provide value added consulting on select areas and assist clients in identifying solutions to their problems. 5) Periodic review of queue performance/operational metrics process audit/Improvement plans with Senior Management 6) People Management Resource management &amp; Operations Management - Managing availability of adequate resources to support projects in hand 7) Review project plans consisting of activities plan and milestones quality management plan communication plan resource management plan&nbsp;risk management plan cost management plan operational plan 8) Ensure that projects are achieving milestones and take timely recourse where required 9) Suggest improvements in system development process / application areas 10) Plan to achieve highest VOC (voice of customer) for all IT projects 11) Participate and contribute in organizational initiatives 12) Ensure the information flow to all the stakeholders as per the agreed communication plan
