Your impact here :
- You will closely work creating Glints brand awareness across all digital platforms and help the potential customers to make better decisions for their regular car care.
- Be a part of an early growth team which will drive the Growth of the company through digital platforms using various strategies.
What you will be doing here:
- Run ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & other digital platforms.
- Working together with the content and design team, engage the target audience in social media platforms and forums.
- Collaborating with influencers.
- Make data-driven decisions to come up with a marketing strategy that will boost sales.
- Be a performance marketer who will propel the brand towards achieving 100x growth
The best fit for us:
- Experienced in performance marketing (Google/ FB/Instagram ads) ; with a proven track record of delivering growth through disruption. A minimum experience of 3 to 5 years is desired.
- A strong human with good analytical skills and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge in SEO is a must.
- An authentic brain that loves to create impact and work for a purpose.
- A growth mindset human who loves to work in a fast paced startup environment.
