Job Description :

We are looking for operations specialist / project specialist who will be working on an implementation of a Glimpse solution to our clients and doing the maintenance as required for entire project duration, and working along with internal client facing team and tech team. Details as below:

- Managing the end to end implementation as per the set SOPs

- Improving the processes to make implementation faster and error free

- Eye for detail and escalate exceptions in a timely manner.

- Communicate issues/feature requests with required details

- Good documentation skills

- Commitment to meet deadlines

- Should be able to work independently, priorities & schedule work assignments based on deadlines.

- Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of Ubuntu Linux based devices

- Ability to monitor and escalate in case of Hardware or software issues

Requirement :

- Project management skillset

- Need to know MS Excel

- Experience with Linux Basic SQL commands is preferable

- Need to have Trouble Shooting ability

- Need to have Excellent Analytical ability

- Minimum 2+ year of experience- .
