Manager - Corporate Treasury (CA Only)

Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Develop & maintain excellent relations across hierarchy within banks, financial institutions and credit rating agencies

- Manage Treasury activities including Fund Management, Debt and Working Capital Management, Financial Risk Management and Treasury Operations and Accounting

- Manage long term liquidity and funding channels of the company with activities including planning of strategic/long- term funding requirements, effective fund mobilization, and working capital management

- Monitor group's foreign exchange and interest rate exposures and recommend appropriate hedging strategies wherever feasible/operational

- Responsible for developing treasury procedures, internal controls policies and procedures

- Ensure saving in finance cost through innovative financing options and negotiation with banks

- Ensuring pre and post disbursement compliances of lenders. Managing all documentation and ensuring compliance across banks/geographies

- Evaluate, Strategize / implement fund raising structures on debt financing both domestic and international

- Responsible for obtaining best possible credit rating by right articulation of business strategy and financials

- Responsible for timely and accurate statutory reporting's to RBI/ SEBI and others

Key Assessment Parameters:

- Fund raising / Forex Risk Management : Complex fund raising across domestic & International geographies. Drive risk management of foreign exchange, interest rate across the globe and setup frameworks for the same

- Banking / Investment / Mobilizing Funds : Trade Finance, Working capital & long term fund raise and strong connect with Banks, Debt Capital Markets

- Compliance / Governance / Credit Rating: Plan and Execute in the areas of credit rating, RBI compliances and loan documentation

- Education/ Sector experience: Qualified Chartered Accountants or MBAs with a major in finance with 8+ years' experience in corporate finance, treasury, forex and working capital management

- Leadership Skills : Ability to build team and drive results with impactful plan and its implementation

Qualifications and experience:

- CA qualified with minimum of 6-8 years of experience in corporate treasury teams in involved in large amounts of fund raising.
