Responsibilities :
C&B Programs:
- Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc. for India
- Review and implement changes in Compensation structure in the preview of changes taking place in Labour laws and other regulations and best practices followed in the market.
- To analyze compensation data in light of market benchmarks and advice senior management on budgetary decisions
- Design compensation structures that are compliant and tax effective.
- Trains line managers in the complex usage of different Compensation & Benefits policies
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
- Designs and develops compensation policies
- Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organization
Manpower Budgeting :
- Support business units for India manpower cost budgeting process
- Supports the Global Manpower Consolidation & Reporting
- Periodic review and publishing of variances in the Global Manpower Budgets
Compensation Analytics and Reports :
- Data Integrity of employee database in HR Systems
- Design best in class compensation analytics to drive data backed decisions
- Partner with business units in specific intervention aligned to business requirements
- As an SME, introduce best in class best compensation management practices
