Position Summary : - Providing Strategic Oversight to Business Vertical on people matters including managing the employee lifecycle through a team of HR professionals - Conceptualizing and Executing People Initiatives with an intent to support the business in enhancing revenues by keeping high levels of employee engagement - Recruitment & Talent Management : Managing talent initiatives with an eye on engaging and retaining HIPO talent and creation of Talent Pipeline - Effective Management of IR issues - Ensuring a strong networking with key stakeholders - Retention Management- Designing and implementing strategies focused towards employee retention and well-being - Performance Management : Responsible for driving performance based culture with an eye on critical talent - Learning & Development : Deploy Learning Interventions in line with business requirements with an eye to develop niche talent - Coaching and Counseling - Development and retention of the HR Reportees Education : Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent Experience/ Skills/ Competencies : - 12+ years of post-qualification experience, in an organization with progressive people practices and in an industry with competitive talent land scape - Experience of working as Sales HR will be preferred - Experience of handling multiple stakeholders at senior level - Experience in Team Management - Exposure to entire spectrum of HRM processes/ practices - Strong communication & interpersonal skills
